If we could give more than 5 stars to the team at Shuswap Marina we would. They went above and beyond with helping us out last week. They have earned our service for life, and we would highly recommend them for all your boating needs. From their maintenance and repair staff, to their fully loaded marine shop staff, every single person was knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful. Thank you for fitting us in to repair our boat on your very busy schedule to fix the issues Dockside Marine left us with. We are beyond grateful!

From start to finish, I never expected such exceptional service! We had to find a slip in the starting days of COVID-19, and despite the enhanced fears and safety measures ramping up into effect, Monica helped us get settled into the marina. New boat teething pains means we needed towing and repair services early on, and the folks here went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Service is always prompt, friendly, and helpful, from retail to gas bar to service department. If you want that old fashioned, family run, exceptional service environment, then this is where you need to be on the Shuswap!
