“You can really tell the new owners take pride in this resort. I had a wonderful stay in a cabin only 15ft from the shoreline! The cabins are rustic in style but they have been renovated including new pillow top mattresses - the swan/elephant towels were a really nice touch :) management was always super friendly/helpful and available for us. There's tons of beach toys for the kids and adults and plenty of seating. I loved that I didn't have to bring all my water toys, lawn chairs, etc as they were already provided. 10/10 will come back again in the future!”

“This is a great small RV park with a lovely view of White Lake, they recently added a nice fire pit for all to enjoy. This is a quiet location. Hosts Sue and Duane are excellent people that take great care of the place and clients. Rented the boat and checked out the lake, lots of people catching fish, many of them in simple row boats or canoes. At the far end there is a small river or creek that feeds into the lake, a majestic eagles nest is there, you could walk to that location if you want, lots of cool scenery to explore, a beavers hut, old log buildings, cool marsh areas, the lake changes mood and offers a variety of pleasant views. The most magical part is at dusk when its very quiet, you could hear a pin drop, several times heard a loon singing, its call would echo multiple times, that made my day ! The name Serenity is very fitting, thanks for a great stay ! We will be back”

“My husband and I stayed for 3 nights and truly appreciated the hospitality here. It certainly felt like a much needed escape from the City. The property is all brand new, and huge! The rooms were roomy, clean, and comfortable, with lots of little finishing touches. We loved having a view of the lake. Our hosts were such friendly and passionate people, and great cooks. Breakfast each morning was delicious. Overall, amazing stay and great value. Very memorable staycation this summer. Thank you!”

“In September 2016, Me and my Fiancee stay at the Solitude for a week duration. We rented the lake vista suite which was well equipped with everything we needed. The suite was an oasis with the balcony having a private hot tub with a great view of the lake. The suite had more than enough space with an gas fireplace that provided great atmosphere after a soak in the hot tub. The weather permitted for us to enjoy the heated pool a couple times which was heated. The drive is quick to Sorrento highly recommend to try Frankie’s Pizza and Sprockets Cafe. The owners of the property were quick to respond to any questions and Christine made our experience so welcoming. We hands down will be returning guests as the atmosphere was perfect for rest and relaxation. So if you are looking for a place to rent that provides the comforts of home with added benefits of rest and relaxation of a hot tub and surroundings of beautiful landscape of BC.”

“What a hidden gem this place is! My family and I just spent the night here on our way to Panorama, BC. The house is beautiful despite its age; the owners have clearly put in the work and maintained it well. Our rooms were very clean and there's lots of space for multiple travelling parties to social distance. The location is excellent because it's 4.5 hrs from Vancouver, a do-able drive. It can be a bit tricky to find the turnoff for the place because it's right on the highway, but once you get there you see that this is clearly a place of solitude with a breathtaking view of the mountains and Shuswap Lake. Grace and Burl were very welcoming, accommodating, and knowledgeable about local sightseeing. They clearly love what they do, and it shows in the their home, their personalities, and their amazing breakfast (included in the reasonable rates!); a true B&B!”

“White Lake Cabins is by far one of the most special places I have visited. As soon as my partner and I arrived on site, we felt a sense of calm that we haven't felt in AGES. Maybe it was the lack of cell-reception allowing us to disconnect from the busy world and reconnect as a couple, maybe it was the peaceful setting amongst the forest with the stunning lake views just a short walk away or maybe it was the cozy and intimate feeling of the immaculate cabins. Natalia and Dave are absolutely wonderful hosts. They are present when/if needed, with the most sincere, caring energy about them. They put so much thought and passion into every detail both inside the cabins and out around the property. I have now been lucky to visit White Lake Cabins both while the lake is in it's summer prime as well as while it's frozen and I can honestly say that it's beautiful and worth visiting ALL year round.”
