Please look into this company for top notch design and delivery of a beautiful log home. You will not be disappointed!! From the hand picked logs to the financial arrangements all was taken care of professionally and to our satisfaction. We felt supported every step of the way and even though they are busy and in Canada... calling and texting was always received by Jamie...he even sent us pictures to see how our project was coming along. We also had Hank to guide us every step of the way from the planning and ordering process to being here when our logs were delivered and he assisted with the assembly. We have really appreciated all of the support! We cant wait to live in our log home. It is coming along beautifully.

The guys at LCLH are awesome, have been fantastic to work with so far and really go above and beyond to do what they can to make everything easy for the customer, jamie, Rob, and their crew are incredibly personable and make the whole experience something great. Jamie and Rob, Mary Ellen and I wanted to share a few comments on our new log home/lodge and the process working with you and your team.

The log structure was erected Oct 2020 and the finishing process is well underway with a target move in date of April 2021.

First of all the craftsmanship, attention to detail, precision of joints and scribing, the choice of logs, the placement of unique features in key places makes the overall look and feel of the home indescribably unique. People are constantly dropping in to see the progress and they are literally in awe as they look at the beauty of it. Your team is crazy skilled and you two are clearly focused on making sure the construction is done right. No detail was overlooked. We could not be happier with our new, one of a kind log home.

Second, the way you worked with us, your professionalism, the way you responded to our questions, dug in until the right decisions were made was outstanding. Lake Country Log Homes and you two in particular have a clear customer service bent. You can tell you thrive on exceeding expectations which is a rare quality these days. As I look at the house I am still amazed at the way we were able to convert those original sketches I did up and make it a reality. Thank you for exceeding the commitments you made.

On a side note, Scott (the log builder in charge of site erection) is an extremely good representative for your company. He is a very capable young man. Scott went above and beyond to make sure he got the craftsmanship your team built in BC transferred to the final home assembled on our foundation. My son and I worked alongside him each long day and I watched him deal with the problems calmly as he ensured that each problem was resolved effectively. He speaks highly of you both and of Doug and the whole team.

Jamie and the team at Lake Country did a fantastic job on our home. They worked with us for almost a year during the planning stages and were super patient with the stacking as we encountered several hurdles getting the logs to site.
