The Burner Grille

We saw this place from the road entering BC and we decided to visit on our way back to Alberta. It has a cool story behind the building. The food is home cooked and it appears to be a hit with the locals as there is always constant traffic in and out of the building. The ambience is eceltic with chainsaws from the roof, chandeliers and wood carvings. Glad we stopped in for the experience.

Popped in after driving by so many times. Glad we did.

Was Sunday night just before closing time. Service was quick and very pleasant. Our order arrived within minutes and we we never felt rushed even though l the other guests were gone.

Would recommend to anyone travelling down the hiway looking for quality, comfort and good prices.

This place has a similar vibe to Montana’s; cozy cabin style. The waitresses were very friendly, the menu had some great options, and the food was delicious. They make their fries from scratch, you can tell by the taste and you will find the ends of the potatoes on your plate. The only downside is that they take a long time to make the food. We waited for a long time just to get our food while the restaurant was fairly empty. If you have time to waste, then go ahead. In our case, we were driving back to our hometown and didn’t expect it to be an hour and a half long stop.
