We recently had the pleasure of dealing with Hennie when we wanted to match up some roller blinds with the same brand and color as the previous owner had in place already in some areas. She showed up on time and was very professional and easy to speak with. She was confident and made some calls to ensure we could get exactly what was required. I did get a quote on the same blinds from another source and Hennie's price was $1,100.00 less. She indicated the time frame for the blinds to be received and sure enough they came in as scheduled and very quickly her installer called to set up an appointment. Bruce was awesome, very detailed and even made a small adjustment to a blind that was previously installed.
