Sutton Place Hotel Revelstoke Mountain Resort

The property was amazingly located at the base of the mountain. The hotel had everything a skier would need and more. The ski locker could be accessed from the promenade for ease of storage. We took advantage of the pedestrian mall between the buildings which included restaurants, shops, and a spa. Throughout our stay, the front desk and concierge could not do enough for us. All requests for assistance and service were answered expeditiously. Our vacation greatly exceeded any expectations that we had prior to our stay. We will be back. A first-class experience.

Great stay for 10 days for a snowboard trip. comfortable rooms and helpful staff. a few little maintenance issues (broken coffee machine, gas fire not working) were sorted quickly. kitchen in the room was well appointed. pool and hot tub was a lovely distraction.

I was visiting Revelstoke Sutton Hotel to celebrate our friend's wedding. I wanted to make their pre-honey moon special by booking the nicest room I could afford. The manager heard my story and she was gracious enough to upgrade us to a 3 bedroom suite from 2 bedroom if there were any availability. This gesture alone made our friend's trip special, and we were all very touched. I apologize I forgot the name of the staff that assisted me over the phone and left comments for the upgrade, but I really would like to send out my appreciation, and hope you deserve recognition. I've recommended and will from this point on to all of my friends, families, and colleagues if they're looking for staffs who'll go the extra mile to make their guests feel special.

By far the most comfortable hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and how can you go wrong with ski in and ski out? Also beverage service in the pool and hot tub area. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed two nights in a beautiful three bedroom suite! Full kitchen was very well equipped and the two bathrooms were spotless. Lots of room to cook, eat and relax. The laundry room was a great place to store our ski clothing with the skis and boards in a convenient locker on the first floor. The outdoor hot tubs and pool were pristine and the perfect temperatures. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Of course the powder skiing was endless and deep! Bring your snorkel!
