Our staff had some dietary concerns which were not a problem to his expertise and the flavours were just great. Sounds like he may even be getting additional business from our spouses for their company functions. Great job and we hope you all have a wonderful holiday season.

After "congratulations," the first thing we keep hearing is, "and the food was AMAZING." Their team kept things running so smoothly that our guests never had to wait for anything. They knew exactly how much food we needed and delivered an incredibly high-quality final product. Thank you Alain, Chantal and team for the amazing food, service and company!
