Jackknife Pizza

I got the Triple Threat pizza and by far THE BEST pizza I have had in a long time. I got the thinner crust, it was crispy on the outside soft on the inside and SOOOO much flavor. I would also suggest the Jalapeño Popper pizza with extra cream cheese. 11 out of 10. Thanks so much Jack Knife, best pizza in town.🥰

Jackknife Pizza has some of the most delicious and unique pizza you are ever going to be fortunate enough to taste! I’m typically just a standard pepperoni person, but seeing so many overwhelmingly positive reviews for the Pickle Pep I decided I would give it a try (my thought was: worst case scenario, I hate it and just pick off the pickles 🤷‍♀️). Especially hungry that evening, I also ordered some garlic bread.
Well not only did I LIKE the Pickle Pep, I never could have predicted just how mouthwateringly delicious it is! Somehow it’s not just pickles and pepperoni pizza, put them together and both foods become the ultimate versions of themselves, better than they could ever been distinct of one another. I’m SO glad I tried it!
The highlight for me personally though was the garlic bread. How do you have a new favourite pizza, but most enjoy the garlic bread you ask? Well, my wife is Nova Scotian and we met during the 6years I spent living in Nova Scotia. Alongside lobster and Donairs, Nova Scotians know one of the greatest culinary delights to come from the province are Garlies (aka Garlic Fingers). They are much more than cheese sticks or garlic bread; much like the Pickle Pep, Garlies become the best possible version of cheese sticks and garlic bread -combined they reach a peak of deliciousness that neither could ever achieve alone. But, having lived in the Comox Valley since 2018, it had been a long time since either my wife or I had enjoyed our beloved Garlies. Oh how I delighted in discovering that Jackknife Pizza’s garlic bread is a ringer of a dupe for Halifax’s Snappy Tomato Garlies!!! Best Garlies outside of Nova Scotia, let me tell ya!
In summary, if you’re in the mood for some gourmet pizza or you’re a maritimer longing for the taste of Nova Scotian Garlies, do yourself a favour and put in an order at Jackknife. I only wish I had tried it sooner!

Super delicious pizza! 🍕 I had the GTO with pineapple on the original crust and a side of garlic dip. The crust is crispy and chewy, just the way I like it. Thank you, Jackknife Pizza. 👍😋

The crust on this pizza is so good! Really appreciate that they offer dairy free cheese and at no extra charge. We pre ordered, and pizza was hot and ready right when picked up. Our new pizza spot when we’re here on vacation!

Pizza is so good. Prob the best I've had in a long time. Crust is crunchy as hell. Sourdough 🤌. Toppings piled on right to the edges. Some good menu items available and generally just great for the price. Also, sourdough 🤌.
