Just wanted to thank you for the great service Carey the installation technician was amazing . The care he took in making sure we were happy & left our house cleaner than when he arrived. This is our second set of phantom screens the first we’re installed over six years ago & have stood the test of time with nine grandchildren & are still operating fine we just wanted 2 more doors installed . Had a Phantom Screen installed and it is absolutely perfect. The installer was extremely professional and courteous He did a great job of explaining the product and it's benefits. He also provided us with operating and product care instructions. We are very glad we made the decision to have our phantom screen installed an would have no hesitation in recommending this product.

I recently had to have my Phantom screens reinstalled in a new door and what a delight it was to deal with Randi & Ike in the Comox store. It started with clear communication with the office and extremely friendly phone calls to set up an appointment.
The technician was also very friendly and such a fantastic trades person. My screen was installed and Ike didn't leave until we were both satisfied with the result. You do not get many trades people who not only bring a vacuum cleaner to clean up after themselves but also pay attention to small details such as painting the screw heads to match the door.
I really like the product but when it comes with such incredible service you cannot go wrong. I highly recommend Phantom screens in Comox, what an amazing small business!

Randi in the office is very efficient, pleasant and helpful. Had my appointment in a day! Rob arrived on time and by the time he left our Phantom screen had been re-installed and looks great as usual (it had been removed when our old door and frame were replaced).
