“Lorne and his team are fantastic! We highly recommend them! They go above and far beyond to help, which is truly rare these days. What started as a simple do it yourself retaining wall/patio quickly escalated into a situation far beyond our ability, knowledge and time frame available to complete the work. We had ourselves a serious mud pit at our back door and needed professional help. Sensing the urgency in my message, Lorne made time in his already full project schedule to visit the following day and offer guidance. Seeing we were in over our heads, he and his crew stepped in to help! Not only did they do an amazing job building a beautiful curved staircase, but put in a complete drainage system ensuring no future water issues would occur! As to be expected with any building project, noise is going to happen. The crew was as efficient as possible and very courteous to all our neighbors, who have all complimented both the crew and the work. Griffith followed our design drawings and specifications, had no problems adopting our project management software through the design phase, and then we switched over to theirs for the construction process. Although we were completely remote during the construction, the communication was seamless. We received regular photo updates throughout the construction and were able to provide instructions and coordination without having to be on site. We recently had maple flooring installed in our house from Woodland, and all I can say is, stunning. Absolutely gorgeous hardwood, from the construction, to the grain selection, to the finish, 10/10 product. The fact that they source as much wood as they can locally just adds to the appeal.
