Excellent service both time I have worked with Chris and Gary. They were very responsive and alway there to answer the phone. There were follow up calls to confirm timing and I didn’t not have to case anyone down. A very respectful and professional team that know how to get the job done and have fun doing it. A pleasure to work with them.

Fantastic service during the busiest time for water delivery service. Gary is a super guy! He found a way to fit us in to the busy schedule when our cistern was pretty much dry - and this is not an easy feat, being that we are on Denman Island which requires a ferry ride that needs to be scheduled in. His driver Brendon was professional and courteous and backed the truck up the gnarly driveway like its nothing. Fast response, continuous follow-up, and fantastic service...it is obvious that Gary takes pride in his business. I can highly recommend him.

When our well went dry, Gary was out to our place in Merville in less than an hour. We were out of town. He not only filled up our tank, but phoned us, got our pump going again and even made sure water was filling into our tank. We were away on holidays. We unfortunately had to call Gary back to fill our tank again. This was on a Sunday and he was out of town. He came into town shortly after and phoned us and said he would be right out to fill our tank again. This time, we had Gary go into our house, go into the crawl space and turn off the main water supply to one of our 2 houses. I totally trust Gary. He is prompt, honest, and obviously goes the extra mile to help people. I have no problem highly recommending Gary and Courtenay Water Supply. Thank you for your kindness and your service!

Awesome service delivering water out to Black Creek to fill our pool. Gary was there not even an hour after I called. The pool was filled quickly and with no effort on our part.

Great service and very flexible. They were more than willing to accomodate to our needs and deliver to us at a time that worked for us. Despite our remote location and long twisty road, Wayne had no problem getting to us in good time. Definitely give these guys a call if you need water.
