The staff is friendly. The gym is clean and spacious with modern equipment. I especially like the punching bag!
(September 8, 2023, 2:02 am)Best gym I’ve ever been a part of, and I’ve tried the majority in the Comox Valley! This location is the nicest I’ve been to so far and no matter how busy it is, I’m always able to use the equipment I need. I am really happy that I found this gym!
