I live in Nova Scotia, so was thrilled to see that Sarah has begun offering classes online now. I highly recommend Hens Den Yoga to yogis everywhere!

(November 2, 2023, 3:01 am)I am so glad that I found this lovely Yoga studio. Sarah is amazing! I really enjoyed my first class last Sunday. It was very easy to sign up and purchase class pass on the website. If the cancelation is made 4 hours before the class, you will receive the refund/credit.
