I had an amazing experience at Comox Valley Volkswagen. They have an amazing selection of new and used inventory. But the cars were just half of it. I left feeling so welcomed and at home. The sales team helped me pick out a great vehicle and had me back with my friend for another one later that week. I recently had to do an oil change and the people at the service and parts desk were equally welcoming. I do all my services there because I have trust they will treat myself and my vehicle with respect. 5 star service every time!

Service mostly terrific, as it has been in the past...work all done as expected. Only issue seemed to be the time it took from when the mechanical service was done on the car, and when it finally got to the washing station...I had to catch a ferry so after watching the car sit waiting to be washed for about 50 minutes, I asked just to have the car to go, foregoing the wash. The wash option was welcome, but it was just taking too long to get done...

Excellent service experience. I went in thinking I had a faulty TPMS sensor, turns out it was a nail in my tire. Easy fix. Mike from service was most helpful in explaining what they found, and Twila picked me up from work when it was all finished in the free shuttle!
