Westview Ford

I have to give Westview Ford props for being so delightful while making a big purchase. They were truly fantastic. Shoutout goes to Marc, he really made it happen and I appreciate him being straightforward with me and giving me multiple pep talks throughout the process. Everyone in there is so kind, and there's a dog so what's not to love.

Took my vehicle to the service department today. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Very clear communication and was updated along the way. Will definitely return and highly recommend.

Westview Ford has excellent service. It is too bad that Ford Canada (with a 3.9/5.0 rating on Google) won't supply stock to certain areas that require it when the dealership has a strict rating of less than, say, 4.9/5.... I give Westview Ford in Courtenay a 5.0/5.0. Send them some more vehicles to sell please, the people here are excellent and need inventory - nobody likes to wait 1-2 years for a vehicle that is going to same them a lot of money on in fuel in these rural parts. I love my new Lightning!!!!

As always, I am blown away by the service at Westview Ford. After a not so good set of experiences at another dealership with my 2022 Explorer ST, Chelsea and the team really took things to the next level with their 5 star service. It's always hassle free and you are treated with dignity. I highly recommend Chelsea and the service team at WestView Ford!

Took truck in for a total look over and had detailing done. The work was done very fast and the truck looked new again. The staff were really nice and helpful it was a good first time experience and will be back.

Purchased a new Ford Bronco Sport and we are happy with the whole experience. The staff are great and try to accommodate you in every way possible.
