Today I received a package in the mail filled with my order and more. Thank you for settling this purchase and restoring my faith in your business. Your products are still incredible and I rely on them daily. I have edited my rating from 1 stars to 4. I would happily put 5 stars if the risk of online ordering wasn't there, but I do believe in your products.

I have been a huge supporter and fan of the Healing Bliss products for so long, perhaps a decade. I have been so disappointed this last time I ordered by purchasing and not receiving my products. I keep getting promises that Dana will send the order but it has been 4 months. I held out hope for a long time. This is the only product that helps my skin, so I had to drive 3 hours to go purchase it from Edible Island and I still have to fight to get my $84 reimbursed now. I love the products but the customer service is terrible. PLEASE DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING ONLINE FROM DANA, or if you do, don't expect to get it or you will feel terribly disappointed when you don't. I have tried calling, messaging, going through friends, I have been absolutely empathetic, kind, compassionate, respectful and hopeful, and I am so let down by her business practices. Hoping I get reimbursed. Don't be fooled like I did by online ordering. Dana, if you see this, please do the right thing and reimburse me!
