“EDIT August 2022 Today I received a package in the mail filled with my order and more. Thank you for settling this purchase and restoring my faith in your business. Your products are still incredible and I rely on them daily. I have edited my rating from 1 stars to 4. I would happily put 5 stars if the risk of online ordering wasn't there, but I do believe in your products. Original post: I have been a huge supporter and fan of the Healing Bliss products for so long, perhaps a decade. I have been so disappointed this last time I ordered by purchasing and not receiving my products. I keep getting promises that Dana will send the order but it has been 4 months. I held out hope for a long time. This is the only product that helps my skin, so I had to drive 3 hours to go purchase it from Edible Island and I still have to fight to get my $84 reimbursed now. I love the products but the customer service is terrible. PLEASE DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING ONLINE FROM DANA, or if you do, don't expect to get it or you will feel terribly disappointed when you don't. I have tried calling, messaging, going through friends, I have been absolutely empathetic, kind, compassionate, respectful and hopeful, and I am so let down by her business practices. Hoping I get reimbursed. Don't be fooled like I did by online ordering. Dana, if you see this, please do the right thing and reimburse me!”

“I have gone to this clinic for years since they were at their prior location. They seemed to have more physicians working a few years ago and I could sometimes sneak in after work virtually without any wait at all. I can say that the physicians and support staff have all been consistently great throughout the years. Unfortunately due to doctor and staff shortage, CoVid etc. they have had to cut back their hours and yes you sometimes have to line up very early in the morning to see a physician that day. Once you check in you can leave and they will call you to come back when your appointment is getting close. I was recently at the clinic on a Sunday morning. I waited briefly to check in, did a bit of shopping while waiting for the call back, saw a physician, got a prescription, had it filled and was home again 2 1/2 hours after I left. Fantastic. I appreciate that many people are often in distress when they go to the doctors so their experience may be affected but I think this is great clinic.”
