Darlene went above and beyond to help me today, checking on me frequently and bringing different sizes and styles to the fitting room. She has excellent customer service skills and I never felt rushed or that I was being a bother. I really like that the staff at Reitmans treat you like you're their only customer and have the time to look after you while you're in the fitting room so you don't need to keep dressing and running out to find a different size or style. Plus they have a great range of sizes.
