Aerin is awesome! She helped me pick out the perfect pair of sunglasses for my vacation and was overall such a sweetheart!

Loved the new straight leg jeans, but there was a very long (30 min!) Complicated exchange that held up my purchase and made me late for an apt. 2 other customers came and went in the time I waited and another customer waiting at the till left. I did not feel it was the fault of the single employee working. Rather, I was almost sure afterwards that a shoplifting diversion was taking place.
I guess that there should always be 2 employees in the store but we all know how everyone is short of employees.
That said, I do love the Jean's!

Fabulous service at the Crown Isle location! I was most impressed with Aerin who was friendly and informative. I told her what I was looking for and she showed me the various racks to find it and then let me look without hovering which I appreciate. There was an issue with the debit machine and she handled it like a pro and apologized profusely despite it not being her fault at all. It was a tech glitch in the system so she held my item until I could get it the next day. I think the store is very lucky to have such an awesome employee.
