Overall, I'm happy with the service I received when my heat pump was installed. The final invoice matched the quote and the machine works well. The installation staff were generally courteous and helpful (just need to tone down a few of those f-bombs, I think!).

We purchased a Mitsubishi Heat Pump from Westisle after comparing a number of different options. The sales rep provided good factual information and worked with us to get the right sized unit. The techs who showed up to do the install were professional, friendly and thorough. So far we are really happy with the unit and Westisle's service.

Employee arrived o n fall schedule to maintain our furnace and heat pump. He was very thorough on each job, and carefully explained the work being done on each one much to our satisfaction. May we suggest that maybe some slippers be supplied to cover his work boots when entering our home , thus saving him time to remove his work boots when going back and forth outside and re-entering.

We are very pleased with the service and professionalism of all the folks we dealt with at Westisle. Our house is an old timer and required some creative work to get our heat pump system installed.
