If she tells you something will be done .. it is done one time AND at the quote originally provided. The fellows (Tom) in the back were super quick in replacing my clutch in my Toyota Echo, and incredibly efficient. They will immediately deal with any concerns or questions. This place should be a model of how to do things right! Some other local places can take lessons from T’s Pit Stop. If you want pastries and coffee (which you are paying for) then a dealership is for you. If you want the job done quickly and at a VERY reasonable price then it is T’s Pit Stop. I am in Vancouver so not really ideal for me to travel to see the bike, bring it here, etc. Javan send me bunch of pictures with the bike and worked with me and at the end I was super happy with the price and how they treated me. Graham made sure I got my Akra on Friday after they ship it to me expedited. (YES, I DID. IT WAS A "CHRISTMAS MIRACLE"). I spoke with Brianna on Thursday and she was pleasant, courteous and professional. She provided me an email quote for service I requested with a couple appointment options and left me a voicemail that she wouldn't be in Friday and someone else would be able to assist me. “What a relief! When we had our old huge picture window replaced, we also lost its protective layer of Safe & Sound window film first applied almost 14 years ago. We knew just what to do. Couldn’t get Safe and Sound back in fast enough. From measurement to installation was fast and efficient. And what a delight the whole process was. Thomas Bishop made the measurements very quickly and efficiently—even left a sample. The real star of the show was Megan Crottey who arrived with precut pieces for all 3 sections, including a complex arched window. Watching her skillful installation of that window alone was incredible. All done in an hour! The company’s follow-up was excellent as well. We’re grateful to have renewed protection for our rugs, furniture, and especially the artwork. Brilliant work! Outstanding team. Worth every penny. Many thanks. We highly recommend this company.”

“Brought my 1961 van here and Brad removed all the rush, finished the body work, installed IRS rear end, installed 4 wheel disk brake kit and built a new motor so I can comfortably cruise at 70 mph and stop fast! Bus is incredible, quality is off the charts and price was very reasonable compared to anyone else I talked to on the mainland. Well worth the trip and now he just finished my daughters 2001 beetle that was rough and she is blown away how well it no drives.. can’t say enough this guy is incredible”
