“Although this is a good elementary school within the Comox Valley their selection of good books to read is very limited and my child had to get books from Courtenay library instead. I also wish they would organize the bus/car drop offs better as small children can easily get injured. I also wish the traffic in front of the school would obey the signs as I have seen to many vehicles zip through the school zone, probably more so now that the hospital is so close by.”

Students in this program graduate with the Double Dogwood Diploma - that's what our son did. “Melissa is absolutely incredible at what she does! From every small detail of her lesson plans, her constant communication with parents, the phenomenal home cooked meals and snacks, to her kindness and patience with each child; this preschool goes above and beyond anywhere I have ever seen. I have three children and my youngest currently attends La Maison, and she is miles ahead in her communication, letter and number recognition, colour and shapes, and French speaking than the other two were at her age. This is all thanks to Melissa and her great care. If you can get in with her you and child will be in the best hands!”
