We had a great experience using Mark for some renovations to our home! Mark was honest and efficient. We appreciated how great he was at keeping us involved, we always felt like we were in the loop and knew what was going on. He was also super helpful with suggestions and recommendations when we were going through the process of deciding what we wanted to do. Shelter West has done a few jobs for us. Mark is an incredible contractor and his construction of buildings is so well planned that we had our City Inspector tell us personally we chose “one of the great ones”. From an external building being erected around our hot tub to internal renovations and installations for our AirBNB to building me my most fabulous library, Mark has met my every detail with a mirrored vision and kept all jobs on budget and within timeframes. He builds his team with insight and professionalism so you know you are going to receive the best product and services from Mark and from his subcontractors (electricians etc.). I would hire Mark again without hesitation in the future and will recommend him always.
