Walter provided us with a very comprehensive package for our home inspection. He spent hours looking through the house both inside and out on the hottest day on record. After he completed his inspection we walked through the property as he pointed out everything he saw worth noting. He gave insights and ideas on what to look out for and how to fix certain issues. His report included pictures for us to review which helped us decide on certain addendums for the sellers. We knew what to fix immediately upon transfer and what could wait to be fixed. Overall we are very happy with the professionalism and courtesy that Walter provided us.
