(February 28, 2018, 9:06 pm)Bucknucks Books is an excellent little bookstore with old-school charm. With piles of books all over, there was lots to browse through, but it didn't feel as enclosed and claustrophobic as many bookstores are. I easily found the exact (new) book I was looking for, and there were many other interesting titles to look through. My only disappointment was that the two staff members were in a serious conversation while I was there, so I didn't have a chance to chat and ask any questions. Even with that in mind, it was still the best bookstore I've visited in years.
(November 23, 2017, 6:24 am)This is the very best used bookstore in the Cowichan Valley! The owners and staff are always friendly with lots of great books to choose from. We use Bucknucks Books for everything from good reads to research and homeschooling.
