“My caliper seized thankfully this shop was open and the mechanic was available! He made a quick call to Lordco in Duncan to see if they had the part and they did. Lordco delivered the part in approx 45-an hour and the mechanic had the car fixed up in approx 30-45min. I was in a bit of a hurry so I am so happy that everything aligned and we were able to get the car fixed and get on our way in a timely fashion. Cost was standard approx 100 for the part and 90 for the labour. I would recommend this shop!”

He scanned my car pre and post drive. He then gave me the full printout of the error codes that appeared. Unfortunately Dave could not do the update needed as it is a dealership only thing!! We don't see these vehicles often, so having someone as informative as Bjorn was a great help .. Anything I couldn't find on the website, he was able to bring in for me. We were on a tight deadline with this particular vehicle, as our customer was planning on driving the van out East by the end of the month and keeping it there for years to come. Even with the time difference, Bjorn was always prompt on returning phone calls and emails - He even managed to get the parts ordered, paid for, prepped, shipped and delivered all in a weeks time.
