“Quality of meats is always excellent - especially the pork and lamb, but the beef is quite good too. Also, because they butcher whole carcasses, you can get the more 'exotic' cuts here without any trouble. Staff are helpful and will cut for you if you don't see what you're looking for. Also, if you're into the 'fifth quarter' and nose to tail cuisine, you can get your hearts, kidneys, tongues, etc. here. Lamb's kidneys are especially good. Smoked products, sausages, meatballs, jerky, etc., all great too!”
