Prices are outstanding and all items ordered are toward my first AR build and were as advertised. One of the items I was not able to find anywhere else and again the price was fantastic. Don't your employees ever look at your food before serving it to check for quality?! I don't know if this is mould or what, but I could not eat it. Please pay attention to the quality of your food. “I bought a large bundle of hardwood from Irvin Bahnmann quite a few years ago. It is all reclaimed lumber from his own tree-falling operations. His prices are very fair and he gave me decent discounts on short pieces, live edge, and tapered pieces. He did me quite a few favours that day by delivering it to my house and also spent a good deal of time with me pricing it all out. It was all nicely air-dried and the Birch was also exquisitely spalted. He was also very communicative over email and in person. I enjoyed hearing about some of his expeditions into clearcut slash to recover Pacific Yew, which would otherwise be wasted by lumber ops. Great business and very rewarding purchase.”

“Falcon Crest Images in Duncan has been our commercial printer for years, always providing excellence in service and quality. I recently noticed that a girl with a small home start up business has posted a long rant about a crooked print clearly showing her lack of experience and professionalism. While its a long read and laughable to everyone in the industry I felt it should be addressed as it was posted with malicious intent. This small home business was given commercial print rates by Falcon Crest because they believe in supporting local business, no matter how small and supporting their community in general as they've done for many years. Screen printing in general is an expensive labour intensive profession that is basically remained unchanged for many years, the garments are loaded on a press by a human, and amazingly enough the odd one could possibly be off centre.... amazing but true, it happens. Usually its so minor that once they are actually put on its barely noticeable but the odd one may be lost. Also since small at home business do not qualify for an actual account with a North American Wholesaler perhaps her garments themselves had issues and if she had more experience she would have known to check them first. It came to my attention that she threatened them that " It was a small town" and I agree, it is a small town and Falcon Crest has been here printing and supporting the south island communities for a long time and people like her a flash in the pan. Will they continue to be supportive of small business even though they run across a few bad ones? Of course they will......”
