Richard’s Island Perimeter Drains

These guys are the BEST!!! Timely and job well done! Friendly and helpful. Had several quotes on my front perimeter drains. These guys were the best price, saved my lilac bush when others said it couldn't be done, had a good company pour the concrete and did not 'cheap out' on products used or ways of doing the job. Were great when it became a bit more and didn't charge more. Answered all my questions and made sure it was done right. I would recommend this company and their staff to anyone who needs their perimeter drains done. And Jenny....works as hard as any of the guys! Love this company.

Richard, his partner, and their crew did an excellent job replacing the drainage around our home and connecting it the our new municipal drain service. They and their subcontractors took care in protecting our home, did a great job troubleshooting obstacles, and were very helpful when asked to do extras. Their crew were always polite and professional. I would definitely recommend them for anyone needing a drainage specialist.

They responded in a timely manner, helped us in planning the best possible option for our property repairs and it was well done with quality work. They even went above and beyond to make sure our water drainage issues were taken care of when we realized there was more to the problem than when we first assessed. I don't normally write reviews, but Richard, Jenny and their team are exceptional and worthy of this review. They are professional, knowledgeable and fair. They worked with us to replace our old, collapsing concrete drain pipes. Having just moved into our new home, we did not have perimeter drains in the budget. Richard and Jenny went out of their way to ensure we had the system we needed by guiding us to do some of the work ourselves. They are reliable, and understand what it means to be part of a community. We give them the highest recommendation.

Richard promised me his crew would do a great job, and they delivered. It is not often that my expectations are exceeded, but they truly were. He and his crew were polite, explained everything they were going to do, and then tidied up and made things safe at the end of every day. Even when they thought no one was looking, his team worked so very hard and steady to get the job done in time. I was just so impressed. Aside from seeing one of the fellas crawling on his knees to make sure no stray rocks were hidden in the grass, the topper today was Richard dropping off a new shovel for me because mine got lost in the shuffle!
