(September 26, 2021, 7:29 pm)I searched and searched for a special wine for our anniversary, because of covid inter-store shipments were put on hold, when I think it was "Julia" who works at Ladysmith Store, who on her own time picked up the wine in Parksville and brought it all the way to Ladysmith for me, she understood my situation and went way above and beyond!! AMAZING! 25 STARS!!
