I have been using this local yoga studio for many years. If you want a true yoga class in a studio environment from qualified yoga teachers, there is a nice choice of classes here for you. Also, the laser light therapy treatment I received at Bliss helped my knee patellar tendinopathy heal quicker than if I had left it alone. As a soccer player, it was causing sharp pain but with several laser treatments, the swelling has gone down and I can play again. She also helped a dislocated finger heal but that is another story! I highly recommend the laser therapy treatment at Bliss Wellness Centre.

the owner offers the very best, most thoughtful and well equipped ,the best in yoga. Her massages are out of this world.. effective

The most uplifting kind of bliss for the mind and soul! I can not say enough wonderful things about the instructors, the way they teach and deliver makes you feel so connected mentally and physically. Every class that has been different and motivating.
