Lakeview Park Campsite

Place is awesome. Lake is amazing. Swimming area and beach is great. Only 4 stars because of no sewer hookup for trailers. So you may need to do a mid week Blackwater dump can be a bit of a pain. The good thing is that the dumping station is 5 minutes away.

Warm lake

Its a little tired. Could use some improvements. More washrooms and showers. Full hook up sites. Concession or general store, paved road, grass in the campsites. The site is well laid out. Hi ust needs some love.

We were in one of the spots closer to the lake and we really liked it. The staff here seem committed to keeping everything super clean, and the adjustments made to account for covid-safety are appreciated. We also liked that security was actively patrolling the grounds to remind people of the rules and prevent problems. Unlike some of the other reviewers, we weren't bothered at all by security, it seemed that the only people security spoke to were the ones that were inconveniencing others with loud music or off-leash dogs. The only thing to note here is that the boat launch is not at the site. You have to launch in town, then bring the boat across to the campsite and hopefully you have someone that can drive the truck and trailer back for you.
