(July 17, 2021, 2:41 pm)july 2021-- Strange to visit and see a near-empty campsite. After $1m taxpayer funded remodeling, and full closure last year, the site is now very restricted, You can't use the beach without your pre-reserved $40/day booking. No day use permitted. There are so few alternative wind access locations in BC, it is sad to see this area become so off limits. Just blame covid.

(September 1, 2018, 5:31 am)Rough camping *only outhouse* However, a fantastic beatifull and relax ambiance. Lake salty but a river to rinse the salt close buy. There is a hotel like 5 minutes away with showers to rent. There is a 45 minutes gravel road BUT we'll worthy
