Purchased a New Honda Civic SI from Discovery Honda and am very happy with the purchase. Trevor Sheck in sales provided us with all the information we needed and got us a very good deal. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for a vehicle. I had a few small issues with my new Honda and Sales and Service looked after every one that exceeded my expectations. Customer satisfaction is something they care about. We love our new Civic SI Coupe.
Can’t count the number of vehicles purchased or leased thru DH over the past 20 years personally, for work, family and friends. Product speaks for itself course. Value for dollar for sure. Ownership/management is tops here. Greg Van Es is a consummate professional and a stand up guy. A league of their own for service and standing behind their product. They have always looked after us very well, paying attention to the details. They really care. I will be a forever customer here unless something goes drastically wrong. I purchased a Honda Accord from Discovery Honda 18 months ago. They claimed that there were no accidents and mechanical issues. A couple days ago my fuel gauge stopped working so I took the vehicle to a different Honda dealership for diagnostic. The technician found that the wires had been slit before and was tapped up with electrical tape. Prior to the purchase of the vehicle, the dealership did a full inspection of the vehicle and said there was nothing wrong with it. Very dishonest dealership.
The dealership has got contacted with me and resolved the issue. The dealership took responsibility.
Honda treats its customers is totally true and not just a saying. Had a great experience there. Everyone I dealt with took great care of me. No aggressive or pressure sales here. Besides getting a new car I love. Highly recommend them.
Love the service! I honestly have nothing bad to say about sales or service! My family loves this dealership we even get one of our company trucks (non-Honda’s) service with them! Epic just epic! Hope Pete loves retirement...he will be very missed by our family!
