Galaxy RV Duncan

On March 17th my wife and I went to Galaxy Motors in Colwood to look at their trailers. We were met by on of the car salesmen and asked if he could help and we let him know that we were here to look at the trailers on the lot. He stated that Bob was around the lot somewhere and to look around. We looked at several trailers on the lot and found one we wanted. Bob was a great help and spent quite a bit of time with us. We talked about the trailers and how we should proceed. Well we went and saw Laura in Duncan om the 23rd and what a great experience it was. She worked her magic and we were approved for the trailer we wanted. Picked the trailer up on the 30th and came home with it. The staff in Duncan were great and did everything to make sure we were happy with the trailer.

I would recommend Galaxy RV to anyone who wants to buy a trailer as they work with you. Thanks to the great staff.

I recently had my trailers roof replaced and the folks at Galaxy did an excellent job. Not only did they pick up and deliver my trailer, they kept me informed, including pictures of the progress regularly. They also did a bunch of extras for me that added to an already good experience. The work was done quickly and the attention to detail was fantastic. I highly recommend Galaxy RV. Thanks again!

Great shot for anything you need for your rv

We recently had the pleasure of taking our Aspen Trail trailer (purchased from a different dealer on the mainland) to Galaxy RV in Duncan for some warranty work. The staff were fantastic and treated us as if we had purchased the trailer directly from them. They fixed the warranty work as promised and also did a couple of extra touch ups that we didn’t even ask them to do. They even washed our truck to go along with the clean trailer!! Definitely went above and beyond.

Gerald, Kristen & Jack are kind and very helpful. If we need any further work done on our trailer in the future, we will not hesitate in going back. We will (and have) told our friends of the great treatment we received at Galaxy RV
