“After moving to a new home, we discovered a leak in our plumbing a few days after moving in. I found Gideon Plumbing through a Google search, and the reviews were so impressive, I decided to give them a go. I called first thing Tuesday morning, didn’t get through or leave a message, but within five minutes I received a call back from their office. I explained the situation, mentioned it wasn’t an emergency as it was a slow leak into our crawlspace. The receptionist was incredibly professional and friendly, she said they’d do what they could to get us in within the next few days. By the end of day one, they called and said they’d try to get us in the following day. Unfortunately they had some emergency calls and phoned to let us know it would be another day before they could come. I was so impressed with them updating us to let us know we were still on their radar and that we could expect them the following day. The next day, I got a call that they would be able to come by within the next 15 minutes. They showed up, diagnosed the issue, gave us an estimate on the spot and the work was done within a few hours, no fuss or muss. The techs were incredibly polite and professional, explained everything as the job was being done, and there were zero surprises. The only surprise was the speed at which they attended the issue and the fairness in their pricing. I’m definitely a customer for life!
