VW Tiguan issues diagnosed & fixed!

When your primary and only vehicle- that is off warranty and, you haven’t used a car repair shop in a decade or longer; it’s not only stressful, it sucks! A few mths ago I found myself needing to find an automotive shop where I felt welcomed & would informed. One where I didn’t need to take a leap of faith but could rather know I would receive sincere, genuine and honest diagnostic info and quote(s).

My experience with Ryan, Jonathon and Joe has been nothing but impressive! My VW is now running as it should! And, that sick feeling that accompanies you while driving a vehicle with “codes” and an “engine light “ staring at you…it’s gone! 🙏

Lastly, I grew up with a dad who started, grew and built a small business back in the recession of the 80’s. When you grow up seeing 1st hand the dedication, determination , the uncertainty of finances that it takes to operate a small business, that never leaves you.I can honestly say that I knew during my 1st call to C.A.R that I had found another small business that enveloped the same characteristics that I grew up with!

Really positive experience. I was in a big, unexpected jam with some urgent repairs needed. They were able to squeeze me in quicker than expected and even offered a ride when I needed to go pick up a loaner vehicle. I would come here again.

Amongst the best customer service i have ever received, in any field. Absolute trust in Cranbrook Auto, from Quality of work to pricing. It is a very rare mechanic shop that you can believe in what they say and what they do.

I took my car in initially for what I thought was wheel bearing noise - they replaced the bearing but determined it was the CV axle and replaced that for me as well for a very reasonable price since the bearing replacement didn't fix the noise.

This shop is so great!! They have given me the straight goods many a time on specific jobs and general maintenance type work (I had a Honda Fit and now a Toyota Matrix).They tell you what they will do and get the job done when they say they will. And, frankly, are more knowledgable and practical than the dealerships as they have actual mechanics working on your car! If they don't or can't, do a job (ex. specialized muffler repair) they will recommend good people who do. :)
