Super friendly staff! Went in to trade my very well loved old car for something newer for the family and they took it no questions asked, got me into the used car I wanted. Overall it was pretty quick and painless! Will be returning next time we’re in the market for another vehicle. Thanks Riley, Tod and the whole rest of the team :)

The service techs are super friendly and the new facility is awesome.

However I asked for a full inspection and write up on everything wrong with my tundra so I could get it fixed. The one thing I specifically pointed out was that my brakes were squeaky and asked them to remedy it. They had my truck all day and didn't have time to service my brakes and missed 4 MAJOR things wrong with it.

Will not be going back.

We had such a pleasant experience buying a new RAV4 hybrid LE at the Cranbrook Toyota. Being from a rural community with no dealerships, we called around to surrounding centres. Right from the day we called Cranbrook Toyota were by far the most personable, down to earth and helpful. Everyone we dealt throughout the whole process was great. The new location is beautiful too! We would recommend Cranbrook Toyota!

When looking for a newer vehicle there are Many cookie cutter dealerships. If you are looking for a genuine "community" feel and buying a vehicle from a place that makes you feel like family. Look no further then Alpine Toyota.

Fiance, Autumn (our husky) and myself were on family trip. When our truck had a major failure in the engine. The staff at Alpine Toyota was there for us and treated us like a family member. Went above and beyond for us even before we walk in the door. Helping us out even before we were at their dealership. When we got their the next day, they listened to what we were looking for and only suggested vehicles that would be of interest to us. Their is no words to describe the amazing service that we received from all of them. All dealerships could combine together and would not meet or come close to the level of professionalism they show while feeling like a family member. Can't thank enough Riley M, Nolan H, Brad W, Dan S., Brandon O, for all they did for us, when we were stuck between a mountain and a hard place.

Stopped by today to look at a Camry for my parents. The service was second to none. Great product at the right price. Absolutely wonderful knowledge staff.. thank you Nolan’s! Hope the dealer principal will make this sale happen! Here he’s a nice guy. Thank you fellas for the hat! When I come through with my baby Ferrari I will stop in regardless!
