Thanks to Mark and the service team at Melody. From the prompt shuttle ride home when I dropped off my vehicle, keeping me posted about my service, clear communication, friendly staff and very accomadating. Their attention to detail and their trouble shooting was refreshing.
Definitely recommend.

Dropped in on Friday afternoon before the long weekend. The service department was super accommodating to sneak my (non ford) van in to assess the damage and help figure out a path forward to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Came to ski for the family long weekend. Had a screw in my tire and the Melody Ford dealership was nearby. The doors were locked but luckily a salesman Brent was locking up and opened the door. He told me they would try to fix it and drove me back to my condo in Kimberley! Wow so amazing. He even stopped at a store so I could pick up batteries. Nic in service had a cancellation and her team was able to temporarily fix it so I could drive far enough to replace the tire. So impressed by the entire team who helped and went out of their way to turn my mishap into the best service experience one could ask for. I would highly recommend this dealership and salesman Brent Caldwell because when it comes to buying a car, service and the relationship you build with them is everything. Thank you! I had 2 dozen donuts for you but you were closed for the rest on the weekend. Gave them to the ski hill staff to enjoy them for you. Catch you next time I’m in the area!

I have been a Ford customer for decades. What keeps me coming back is the service (along with a great vehicle). My latest experience is no different. I had a screw in my tire - Brent went over and beyond to assist me on the long week-end, last minute, to ensure I got help. He even drove me to my condo. He was so helpful - and it was after hours! The next day Nick in service got me the help I needed even though they were swamped and got me a quick fix so I could get my tire replaced. What a wonderful team even though I was an out of town customer. So thrilled how they helped me and turned an unfortunate situation into an awesome customer experience that I want to share with everyone! You really made a difference and a positive impact to my weekend! Thank you so much.

Can't say enough about my recent transaction at Melody Ford. I would have to sum it up as the easiest transaction in my life!

Stopped in to purchase a Maverick, left with an order for a 2022 Bronco Sport.

Robert took the time to ensure I got a vehicle that worked best for my budget and lifestyle. He kept me up to date with the order process, and was always available to answer any questions I had along the way. He was knowledgeable and very easy going.

Kevin made the sales transaction quick and easy. I gave him a number and he made it work. He was very pleasant, and proud that this purchase was local.

Overall, the entire process at Melody was well above my expectations. All of the staff I encountered at Melody were wonderful to deal with. Everyone had a sense of pride. I am grateful I made the choice to shop local and support local.
