It delayed me being able to actually bring home the trailer that I had bought. I can say showed there character as they worked as hard as possible to resolve the issue and delivered the trailer. I run a business and mistakes happen, but how a business reacts to bump in the roads reveals commitment to the customer. Thanks for the commitment. Be back again.

I am extremely pleased and thrilled with the quality of my trailer. I will recommend DWS to anyone looking for a custom trailer or one right off the lot.
(April 5, 2018, 10:34 pm)We bought a 7x14 cargo trailer from Glen at Diamond West Trailer Sales in Cranbrook BC. He set us up with a beautiful black trailer with checkered plated trim, this thing looks sharp. Glen was easy to deal with and very knowledgable. They have lots of stock and we got our trailer in a matter of days. Darren helped us get hooked up safely and we left feeling very satisfied.
