Rob was very accommodating to have our house inspected fast due to the fast conditions off date. As first home buyers we appreciated being able to be present and learn first hand from him what we need to work on first and then the next few years. He was very knowledgeable but also has a kind thoughtful approach . Will recommend him to anyone we know going through the housing market in the future for sure.

We liked that Rob allowed you to be present for the inspection as he points out good features and items needing attention in person. Rob was amazing! This was my first time getting a home inspection and I’m a first time home buyer. He was so friendly and kind and made the process very easy! He suggested I join him while he did the inspection and took time to teach me all about the house I wanted to purchase! He is very knowledgeable and very patient!
