Blackstone Bed & Breakfast

Stayed for two nights and had such a lovely stay! The room was beautifully decorated and the view was amazing. Self check in was incredibly easy and we hope we will be able to come back soon again to stay!

This small hotel sits primly in a suburban development. The grounds are planted with different shrubs and small trees to connect to the nature out beyond the neighborhoods and town of Fernie.
There is an outdoor still-water feature one can lounge by as you look out into the backyards of the other houses and beyond them the peaks of the actual mountains.
The inside of the room feels like there is a dedication to a style mood board, more stark chic -rather than cozy. For a traveler, the nice style lines are ruined when the only way to store personal items are stacked on surfaces; extra hooks, shelves or drawers could be useful.
There are no breakfast options. Self Check-in and self-checkout were straightforward and easy. Overall: this inn is not quite an alpine-getaway but it is very close to food in town and is close to the outdoor activities outside of town.

Beautiful, spacious and well appointed room in an amazing location. We enjoyed stunning views from the lovely and private patio. Excellent access to the trail network. Fantastic!

Stayed here a few times now and lovely guests and space. Close to some lovely hiking and biking trails. We do find the mattresses quite firm, but rooms are well appointed (Keurig, coffee/tea/sugar, kettle, fridge, freezer). No breakfast offering at this time.

A terrific place and excellent owner. We had all the info we needed to get into our suite well before we arrived, and the owner made sure we were well taken care of. The place is very clean and spacious, with an amazing view. The local disc golf course is a few minutes down the road, as is superb cafes and an awesome bagel shop. What a great way to rest and enjoy the beautiful town of Fernie! We hope to return again soon!
