Hands down the most eclectic, in-depth, rewarding, frustrating (huge inventory) , Canadian, store slugging it out on the ground and online. Mark, Andy, and their team have to be investigated if you have any interest in serious outdoor activities: we have bought a heads to toe set of gear and have always had the backing of this vendor's excellent customer service from day 1 behind us. I would most recommend Mark's commitment to youth and disabled inclusion in sport as the most important focus of this review from custom cut boots, to ability bikes, to one of a kind orders that only Gear Hub has delivered (Steel bike Frame!) . These folks possibly work against their own business interest to engage the customer over years, to ground your and yours in our love of the outdoors. We are 20 year plus clients, including our son who is Autistic, we have all felt most welcome, yet this. takes time, mutual respect, and passion. Hats off.

Customer service is good and quick. Online orders are processed in a timely fashion and they will answer any questions you may have. International shipping is a huge plus! My boots arrived in perfect condition in a well-wrapped package.  All the secondary items that come with them were present in the box as well. Thank you!

Gear hub and Dylan specifically were incredible when disaster struck on a 8 day bike packing trip. My partner ended up with a significant mechanical issue - Dylan and the rest of the service team pulled out all the stops to get us rolling again. Unable to source a unique part, they used their expertise and incredible skills to find a workaround, when they could have easily told us we were out of luck. This is a legitimately great bike shop.

I was passing through Fernie for a race and I organized to have them pack up my bike when I arrived here because I was done. A couple of weeks before they saved the perfect box for my bike, and they were very thoughtful in their approach.

Based on that experience I would highly recommend.
