Purchasing our hot tub from Snow Valley Spas was a very positive experience. Communication was excellent, costs and timelines were accurate, and the installation was seamless. I really appreciated Jim's attention to detail and maintenance advice.

Flawless installation through snow/ice, over barb wire fences, up steps into a sunken deck. Jim had superior expertise/advice about spa care and water chemistry. Feeling really good about my purchase from Snow Valley Spas.

Wow, what a happening place. Lots of stock, great staff and knowledgeable service. If you want a tub better order quick as they are selling off the truck before they even hit town.

Ok everyone, we purchased a Cameo 880 spa 11 months ago. I did a review of 5 stars 11 months ago, i wish i could give 10 STARS to this group! Dave and his team are fantastic, great service and knowledgeable staff. They have helped every step of the way, Jim in service providing tips and tricks to balancing water and maintenance, best set up team in the business. Angie in the office providing great customer service on water testing and helping with all the chemical needs etc. So all in all Dave and the Snow Valley team have to be recognized for their efforts. Please shop local and you won't regret it. By the way our tub is solid, no issues at all...the Moore's

Dave and his team are fantastic at service, maintenance and product knowledge and repair. From the front desk, to tub delivery this is the hot tub place in town.
