We purchased a truck from Fernie Ford this summer. When we saw the truck, repairs were needed, and we knew of some additional issues so we added those repairs added to the sales contract and did not negotiate the price. This part was fine. All seemed great. That's when we were told it would be 2 weeks. 2 weeks later, no word from them so we followed up. more delays. Almost 1.5 months later we once again had to follow up. some repairs were completed, with the rest to follow. Once again, we had to do the follow up to get the repairs completed. They were finally mostly completed with just the key fob to come. We were told they would get that to us, and it looks like we will have to follow up again. The truck was marked as sold in July so the management had the sale in the books, yet it was multiple months for us to get the truck.

It looks to us like the staff there are great, however the management has them stuck trying to make as much profit as possible, with the hopes that if they don't follow up, the client will just forget about it.

They have lots of stock, and good stock, but don't expect any follow ups if you have issues or need additional service. Hopefully our work around experience was a one off.

Amazing people.to deal with, they were able to help us out in a pinch and were super friendly an courteous!! Would happily recommend anyone to see them for their auto service needs! Also their dealership is pet friendly which really helped us out as we had the dog with us!
