Was really in a pickle and needed a last minute ride to Calgary from Fernie. Jerry, the owner of the Taxi service, was kind enough to help us out. He drove us around 3 hours to Calgary with a cheerful disposition and pleasant conversation. This was a direct reflection of the kind soul behind this business. He spoke about not having enough workers and struggling to manage his time, being the only cab in the area. This is reflected in the other reviews and yes, the cars are not new and shiny. With this being said, I have nothing but high regard for this business, the owner and the service we received. We wish you the best of luck on your journey with Jerry. I hope to run into him again :)
Carl is the best man I've ever met. Got charged cover with the promise the kitchen was open and it was absolutely not. He sorted it all out and got our cover back! Northern totally gave us our cover back. Best weird night ever! We will be back tomorrow!
