Excellent service from the team here. Tim worked very hard to keep me updated and informed as we created a new Telus business account (all remotely) during Covid. Multiple devices, number changes, forms etc etc. We have also received excellent sales and service with office supplies here for our businesses as well :)
I just moved to Invermere and I had trouble getting Internet connection to my house. People in town recommended me to go to Selkirk Cellulars & Office Supplies, as they have a good reputation. They did not disappoint! I bought Telus Smart Hub form Selkirk Cellulars & Office Supplies. They configured and activated the device for me very quickly. At first, I had trouble with getting my Internet connection going. Jaye and Tim were super helpful! They both went above and beyond their calls of duty to help me set up Smart Hub. They called me back as soon as they got my voice mail and contacted Telus support for me, got them troubleshoot the device and followed up with me to make sure that everything was working. I was so impressed! I am very great full to Selkirk Cellulars & Office Supplies for everything they did for me today. I rely on Internet for work and without their help I would not be able to get Internet connection going. I highly recommend their services. Exceptional customer service and knowledge! Thank you!
This was an exceptional experience dealing in customer service as I am not currently using their services. I had a complicated personal situation I was dealing with about protecting the privacy on my phone and Jaye and his staff went way beyond what was necessary to guide me through this.
