“We recently retired to Cranbrook and bought an older mobile home. We don't plan on selling, but would require an electrical 'silver seal' in order to do so. Initially we decided to replace the panel and make a few other changes, and called Joel in. After discussing with him and getting a quote, we decided to go for the silver seal inspection as well as replacing the panel. Joel provided a very reasonable quote and came in about a week later to complete the work over a period of a few days. This required removal and load-test of every single switch and receptacle, including the built-in dishwasher, ceiling fans and other heavy appliances. Most of the switches and outlets required replacement. Joel is very professional, and we were comfortable having him and his colleague in and about our home. My husband is very familiar with electrical work and was impressed with the speed and quality of Joel's work. Even the electrical inspector who issued our silver seal commented that Joel does good work. This job required loads of materials and labour. The cost, while significant, was less than we had expected and far less than what some other people we know have paid for similar work. We highly recommend contacting them for a quote, especially if you are in need of a silver seal for a mobile home. This was as stress-free as it could possibly be! Thank you Joel and team!”

“The food was solid to very good. The staff was very nice and were trying to be helpful when prompted which is the reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 for service. We ordered 2 burgers, a wrap, and a salad and waited for over 40 minutes without getting any food or any update. When my dad finally checked with the server, she brought each dish out individually, hot when appropriate, from the back a few minutes apart; I would guess our order was just forgotten/lost entirely and was made once we asked. The place was a typical casual cafe style, nothing really fancy.”
