Great and consistent pressure, almost like a Rolfing session with the way she was able to feel into and break up knots and dense muscle tissue. She took her time to find and then work with the tension in my whole body. I did not have to tell her much either. It is clear she understands anatomy and trusts her intuition. The massage studio was also one of the nicest I've been in. Spacious, minimal, calm. The perfect music was playing softly in the background. I am so grateful Kara has brought her skills to Kimberley!
