I pulled up a mattress that was directly on my basement floor to find it mildewy and very wet. After looking around found a water damaged spot in my closet, so I called Dan. He could have sold me a bunch of exploratory and mitigation services, given my knowledge of things, and he didnt. He used a moisture meter and found everything dry. He mentioned that this isnt unexpected from basement floors, and I have a fan in that room that may be letting in cold air causing condensation that my mattress could have sucked up.

He didnt even charge me for his expertise and time, which I think would have been entirely fair.

10/10 for trustworthiness. Knock on wood I'll never need his services, but if I do, I'll call him first.

Last year our house was involved in a fire and KDR did a fantastic job repairing the damage. Alain and Travis are both excellent and prompt at communicating, during the initial damage walk through Alain was great at explaining how the process works with insurance. Well run business and great workers.

Alain and his team have been amazing to work with. From the first they came and assess our issue we knew what to expect and how to handle everything - insurance, roofer, worker, ... it's always a nightmare to deal with all this and really stressful, but we knew we were in great hands with KDR!
